Mission
The Austin Chamber Music Center creates chamber music experiences that connect, educate, and inspire our community.
Programs
2 programs
ACMC's fall, spring, and summer instructional programs take place both in and out of schools from September through July through in-school coaching, the Academy, and the Workshop. Students received chamber music coaching on selected repertoire that was then performed at semester end recitals. Education programs also include the Coltman Competition which brings includes a competitive online application followed by 40 ensembles coming to Austin to compete across 4 divisions in March at UT's Butler School of Music.
ACMC's community outreach concerts include a fall and spring school concert tour, retirement home concerts, and free concerts in community centers.
