The ACES School is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code or any future corresponding section of the federal tax code. All earnings of the Corporation shall be used for the Corporations purposes which are: a To provide educational opportunities geared toward educating government officials businessmen academics Native Nations and others in the areas of law policy history economic development nation building leadership and code reform to name a few; b To organize and facilitate the All Roads Lead to Chaco Canyon Conference which is a conference that focuses specifically on educating government officials businessmen academics Native Nations and others on international trade and economic development; and c To organize facilitate and host any other educational events workshops conferences camps lectures symposiums and or presentations that may fall within the educational purposes.
