Austintown Football Boosters

The austintown football boosters is organized and will be operated exclusively for "charitable and educational" purposes within the meaning of internal revenue code section 501(c)(3). Specifically, the corporation shall; (a) foster amateur football competition in and around the township of austintown, ohio, but no part of its activities shall involve the provision of athletics facilities or equipment; and, (b) receive funding by gift to enable the corporation to carry forth its exempt purpose as described in item (a), above.
