Good Foods Grocery operates as an integral part of the Corporations mission to provide career readiness and employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals supporting its educational and community-building goals. The LLC furthers the Corporations charitable purposes by: Dilivering inclusive workforce development training through the Career Readiness and Employment Program. Creating opportunities for employment and foster a sense of community among Richmonds neurodivergent population. Providing permanent job placements after completing the training program. Providing continued job coaching for up to a year after permanent placement.
