The hospitality shop sells gifts to the hospital vistors. The robin hood shop sells donated clothing to the community. The auxiliary donates proceeds form these activities to support hospital programs and services. These activities are designed to raise money for the hospital and provide aid in the form of scholarships and grants to local people pursuing nursing careers.

Annually , the auxiliary's volunteers give nearly 20,000 hours of time for the benefit of the patients in the community.
