Use analytic models to inform resources needs and potential impact of hiv prevention interventions and answer critical operational research questions to improve delivery of prevention interventions.

Promote and facilitate evidence-based decision-making in designing maternal, neonatal and child mortality interventions and programs in low- and middle-income countries by developing an easy-to-use tool for country programs to estimate impact of scaling up interventions on maternal, neonatal and child survival and costs and budgeting requirements for this scale up and to train counterparts and implement the tool in countries both at the national and district level.
