Aviation youth mentoring program (aymp) is commited to involving,inspiring, and exposing undeserved youth through the power of aviaiton and stem. Aymps mission is to empower minority youth to persue career in aviation through professional training, mentorship, and educational funding

Public school aviation outreach is a program for flight simuniators in school and aviaton professionals/mentors to provide career talks
Air sea and space youth expo week program aymp serves up to 4,000 kids with fligh simulator, virtual flight and provide career mentorship. Additionally students and aymp mentors travel to new orleans to host an aviation carrer week and have hand-on learning activities at the organization of black airspace professionals (obap) conference.
