Avonridge Community Development Corporation

The mission of the Avonridge Community Development Corporation CDC is to improve the general welfare and quality of life for the residents of approximately 4,500 residents of an unincorporated Maryland neighborhood located on the northeast edge of Washington, D.C. to prevent and combat neighborhood deterioration and, to promote and develop housing, recreation, economic development, and other neighborhood improvement projects.
