Our mission is to motivate people with physical disabilities to pursue a healthy, active lifestyle. We want to inspire people to pursue active, meaningful lifestyles by developing and achieving fitness goals, engaging in social activities, and by being engaged members of the community. Our adaptive programming and accessible equipment empowers our members to see beyond their limitations.
