Ayc 2023

The Association is organized exclusively as a social organization as specified in Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The specific purpose of the Association is to perform fundraising activities in support of the annual Commodore's Ball to be held in February of 2023 in honor of the Commodore of the Associated Yacht Clubs (AYC) for 2022. Membership in the AYC organization and the affiliated yacht clubs are to promote camaraderie in boating activities and to promoting safe boating.
