VISION: Transforming communities to provide pathways to sustainability for families in need. MISSION: AZ Community Impact leverages resources to meet needs. SERVICES: AZ Community Impact serves community partners by complementing and amplifying their mission. AZ Community Impact provides resources for families and individuals experiencing distress in our community.
