To provide a scholarship fund, and to engage in other charitable and economic development activities. The foundation distributed $22,000 in scholarships to employees and their children.

To serve as an assistance fund to provide disaster and other hardship assistance to an indefinite class of individuals. The foundation distributed $12,925 in grants.

b1 FOUNDATION works to support entrepreneurs as they navigate the start-up process and prepare to seek financial services from a bank. We offer free one-on-one business counseling and educational courses for entrepreneurs and business owners.
