Back To You

BACK TO YOU is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a diverse, inclusive, and accessible learning community with a mission to use STORYTELLING to empower children, youth, and their support systems to heal from developmental and generational trauma. We provide the social-emotional tools you need to turn Back To You and trust the wisdom of your body. When we combine this awareness with connection, we believe we will also improve our capacity to extend compassion back to the world around us. We envision a world in which everyone's stories are told and every person feels seen, welcomed, and valued. We truly believe that by making these SEL tools more accessible, we'll be able to increase our community's emotional literacy and allow for more space for these stories and experiences to be heard.
