To honor the life of bailey r. Moore, a kosciusko county teenager who bravely fought, but lost her life to, cancer. The bailey r. Moore foundation, inc., will provide grants, scholarships, and other distributions to be determined by the board of directors according to the bylaws of the corporation. The corporation shall be guided by bailey r. Moore's goal of fostering the further education of students who attended edgewood middle school in warsaw, indiana.
