Mission
BIDA provides support by building community through a vibrant downtown, facilitates local involvement in downtown interests, and promotes aesthetic design and economic vitality of the downtown corridor.
Programs

The Annual 3rd of July Street Dance is an event which draws thousands of local residents and non-resident participants. Bands, food booths, and children themed activities take over the main downtown street for an evening of fun and revelry; and which acts as a lead-in to the 4th of July festivities the following day.
An annual Holiday Tree Lighting ceremony is used to kick off the shopping season for local merchants as part of the Shop Local campaign.
