To provide after school child care services; to assist in the maintenance , support, sheltering, feeding, care and development of dependent children when parents or guardians of those children are at work; to employ, hire, retain and engage counselors, governesses and such other personal necessary to operate same; to operate related facilities and in connection therewith; to provide playrooms, recreational quarters and facilities for games, recreation and general amusement of every kind, nature and description; to organize and conduct pre-school facilities for children below the ages of attending regular schooling; to organize and conduct a summer camp; to provide outdoor activities during the summer months when children are not in school.
