Baker hall dba olv human services (olvhs) is dedicated to fostering the highest possible quality of life and personal achievement by partnering with children, adults, their families and the community through a diverse array of social, health, and human services.
Programs

Services for the developmentally disabled olv human services provides living opportunities to adult individuals who have mild to profound developmental delays, multiple physical disabilities, specialized medical needs, dual diagnosis and/or dementia. Services include intensive medical services, nursing supports, therapy services, person entered planning and supports, behavioral supports, vocational services, supported employment services, wellness and nutrition services, and dementia/memory care. Over 22,000 days of care provided.
Omholv human services and affiliates also provides a number of other residential and community based programs including a residential treatment facility offering specialized, around-the-clock care for males and females (ages 12 to 21) with mental health diagnoses and home-based preventive services to families involved in the social services system with a goal of preserving the family unit. Over 10,000 days of care provided.
Residential and community based foster care programs and other program servicesolv human services provides residential and community based foster care programs to youth through the new york state foster care system. Programs include residential services to meet the needs of boys and girls experiencing severe emotional, behavioral, social, and/or family problems requiring them to be placed outside of their homes. Olvhs also provides community placement foster care services to children until the child can be reunified with their birth parent, a relative, is adopted or is old enough to transition to an independent living arrangement. Independent living and yes services are provided in the community to assist adolescents and young adults with educational and vocational services. Over 28,000 days of care provided.
