Baldwin Vista Hillside Neighborhood Association Inc

The Baldwin Vista Hillside Neighborhood Association exists to be an advocate for neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles County. This is done by showing residents and communities how to ensure safety/security, beautification, and open communication among themselves and government agencies.
