To address the cultural and spiritual needs of sephardic holocaust survivors and their descendants from the balkans, and of sephardic refugees the world over usa, south america, israel to publicize and promote the balkans rescuers, in the balkans and in the usa to restore the jewish community services in the balkans that were destroyed during the holocaust to create new services that address the present situation of balkan jews to channel humanitarian aid to vulnerable populations, needy elderly and children of all faiths in the balkan region to support industry, trade and commercial endeavors that will benefit the locals of the balkan region
