Mission

Ballyhoo Theatre's purpose is to enrich, educate and entertain our community by providing a superior theatre experience, to provide education in the theatre arts to children and young adults, and to create a safe and inclusive environment. Ballyhoo Theatre is a queer led organization that serves the LGBTQIA2S+ and Ally community. As part of our production season, we are committed to including diverse queer stories, stories with queer characters, as well as telling traditional stories through a queer lens. We are a space that celebrates and welcomes everyone; queer folks, their allies, and individuals who are searching for a community-based environment to grow and learn in.
