A small handicraft industry providing safe, and respectable employment for impoverished women in Bangladesh to enable them to provide for the basic needs for their families. This program has helped many impoverished women transition back into the workforce and adds to a more productive life. The program is considered supplementary or transitional, and is not intended as long term or lifetime career or employment.
