Banning Public Facilities Corporation

Prior bonds have been refunded. There is no interest or principal due, therefore no lease payments will be made. All assets and liabilities had been transferred to the city of banning with the exception of the remaining balance of unamortized bond discounts/expenses which were fully amortized last 2020.
