Spirit & Lifestyle program expenses include employee payroll, payroll taxes, health benefits, materials and supplies, professional services provided by practitioners and instructors, and rent.

To support our core program services, we incur program management and design expenses that are critical to the effective operation and ongoing enhancement of our offerings. These expenses include payroll and health benefits for the program director, associate program director, and support staff; fees for external professionals; materials and supplies; insurance coverage for practitioners and instructors; logistics software and technology; and costs associated with program outreach and communications.
