Baptist Health Ambulatory Services, Inc. includes the Baptist Health Wellness Center locations at Nocatee, North, Riverside, Mandarin and Fleming Island areas. The Mandarin location opened in 2015 and celebrated another year of partnership between Baptist Health and the JCA. Baptist Health continued their commitment to connect with community members where they live, work and play. Baptist Health Wellness Centers offer wellness coaching, care navigation, and health screenings, including blood pressure, body composition, cholesterol, glucose, and triglyceride values. Each center offered a monthly health education schedule that included Talk with a Doc and Ask the Expert sessions that were free and open to the community, regardless of membership. Family/parenting classes and interactive holistic events were also held in the centers for a minimal fee. In fiscal year 2024, there were 260 community member screenings, 1,884 wellness coaching sessions, 1,683 coaching referrals, and 626 health education talks/programs with total participation and engagement of 7,073 individuals.
