Operational grants: the provision of grants to member organizations to further the education of the general public around the world about the needs of the suffering church.

Raising awareness: the direct provision of information, education, and generally raising awareness concerning human rights and the persecuted church, and publishing materials on these issues. Also raising awareness of the availability of ministry grants around the world.

Library and research: research into the causes and extent of christian persecution, including support for a well-stocked library that is available for research purposes.
