Mission
The ministry supports men in Christian leadership, including ministers of the Gospel, with preventative care, mental health resources, supportive community and opportunities to address their needs as leaders holistically. Additionally, we provide religious instruction and training, support church planting, engage in prayer and worship and resource mission initiatives.
Programs
2 programs
Network development: Our reach continued to grow in 2024 through the network. Our Founder, Paul Andrew, developed our network through preaching, investing in key leaders, visiting key church partners, and preparing to train volunteer cohort leaders with a brand new program launching in 2025. Our annual booth at the Association of Related Churches conference created a lot of traffic and interest, with around 3000 in attendance. Web traffic, social media engagement, and partnerships continued to grow.
Relationships: Our database of men engaged with Barnabas Network grew rapidly in 2024 from 487 to 634. Our volunteer team was steady and remains highly engaged and are effective recruiters and preventative care providers. The rolling out of post-retreat cohorts next year is expected to only deepen the relationships and build on the catalytic impact of retreats by continuing the conversations and reflections long after theyve returned home, often with a desire to change in various areas of their well-being.
