Barrow County Cooperative Benevolence Ministries Inc

Thrift shop sells used clothing and household items. Clothing is also given away with vouchers distributed by dfacs, schools, churches, and other tax exempt organizations. Thrift store items not sold or given away are contributed to prisons, schools, tax exempt organizations, and the homeless.

In 2024, 339,975 meals were provided to families in need in barrow county, georgia through the food bank program. In addition to the food bank providing meals 5 days a week, barrow county cooperative benevolence ministries also provided meals through outdoor distribution events including the summer lunch program for kids that participate in the free or reduced lunch program during the school year.
