To instill strong values, baseball IQ, and skills in our athletes that will lead to them being competitive, talented and elevated among peers. TEAM mentality will be taught and encouraged for every athlete. Individual and team development are both focal points. Individuals will be helped to build self-confidence and mental toughness that will carry them through the highs and lows of the sport of baseball and life experiences. Teams will be challenged to become the premier team within their age group and SURGE above the competition.
