Basis Flagstaff Boosters

Purpose: These bylaws shall constitute the bylaws of the BASIS FlagstaffBoosters (hereinafter referred to as the "Boosters"), a corporation formed primarily for the following purposes: (1) to encourage and promote the welfare of the studentsattending BASIS Flagstaff (the "School"), (2) to raise funds to achieve the objectives of the Boosters, and (3) to cooperate with the workings of the school administration and the teaching staff.
