The purpose of the baxley-appling county chamber of commerce is to be a catalyst for action in the community linking business, government and education to forge a model community. With over 200 members, the chamber continues to meet the challenges of today while laying the foundation for a strong economic future tomorrow. The staff serves as the members' information distribution center and the members' marketing agent. The chamber provides opportunities to share, plan and work with fellow business leaders to make important things happen. There is a cooperative effort among members to work for the common benefit of the community.
