Project development - bahc is active in seeking new properties to add to its portfolio to expand its mission in providing special needs housing for those with developmental disabilities. Bahc is active in securing contracts to utilize its expertise in project development and management.

With the funds that were raised from the bocce event, it allowed the organization to receive a grant from santa clara county of matching funds. These combined funds have allowed the organization to complete a total of 7 projects within santa clara county, totaling to over $70,000 worth of work. These projects have ranged from shower installations to full bathroom remodels, fencing, flooring, and painting.
