To provide financial, programmatic and other forms of support to the supported charities and their related organizations that are described in code sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) and that promote health by operating skilled nursing facilities and other care facilities and engage in any activities that further the foregoing purposes.
