Ravenswood - We engaged over 1,100 students, families, educators, and community leaders to co-developed the Ravenswood Promise Learner Profile, a unified vision for students. This was unveiled to the community and adopted by the board in the spring. Additionally, over 50 family members participated in our leadership fellowship to deepened their understanding of achievement and opportunity gaps, how school systems work, research about effective schools, and what students need to thrive.
Community Exploration - We engaged deeply with the district and community leadership in a potential community for expansion, interviewing over 20 stakeholders to learn about the community and assess a fit for partners.
