We are driven to be life-changing because nurses quite literally change lives. Whether you have always been drawn to caring for others or you just want to make a difference in someone's life, bayada education is here to help put good people like you in a position to do good things. Addressing the nursing shortage requires more than just educating new nurses; it demands placing nurses at the forefront of health care. We must advocate for a system that values people over profits. By mobilizing nurses, the largest segment of the health care workforce, to pursue their passion, we can enhance health care globally. Nurses are the heros holding the health care system on their backs. We want to treat - and educate - them as such.
