Congregate meal program - to provide food service and housekeeping to 250 elderly residents. Rates are set so that the organization can fulfill its commitments to its residents to provide continuing service on a long-term basis and keep the organization economically viable.

Skilled nursing - to provide skilled nursing to 50 nursing home beds. Rates are set so that the organization can fulfill its commitments to its residents to provide continuing service on a long-term basis and keep the organization economically viable. As of february 2024, bayview's skilled nursing services were moved to a separate facility through a partnership with kline galland.
