BCarbon is working with Prairie View A&M University to develop a program for small landowners in East Texas to help them create what is called the Small Landowner Carbon Collaborative that we intend to become a model for small landowner participation in the carbon market throughout the United States.

BCarbon has created a coastal living shoreline protocol that will protect coastal wetlands from sea level rise and provide carbon credits at the same time.

BCarbon is working with the East Foundation to develop a crediting protocol for biodiversity that will attempt to establish additional value for properties that are participating in the carbon market and also exhibit great biological diversity, with an initial focus on South Texas ranchlands and the endangered ocelot which is a small spotted cat that lives in the deep brush of South Texas.
