The mission of the organization was to provide a high quality social and golf experience for the benefit of our Members, their families and their guests while maintaining sound fiscal policy. The Club's primary purpose is now to supervise and enforce the Buyer's obligations to the Members, including the access to the Club Facilities for the continuing benefit of the Members.Dissolution of the corporation, expected to occur by no later than July, 2029.
