Develop and grow the black community through generational leadership, partnering and supporting black owned, run, and operated businesses/nonprofits, and strengthening black families.
Programs

Youth/education development: engaging and developing the next generation of leaders and plugging them into opportunities in our city. The be blac foundation served a total of 1,764 youth. By supporting the organizations girl power, girls that rock, boys to men, and the kroc center basketball camp, the be blac foundation served 1,102 students. Through the backpack giveaway, the be blac foundation supported 662 students. In addition, the be blac foundation sponsored black educators to attend the 2024 national alliance of black school educators conference.
Community network: organizing be blac community gatherings and the hub for black-initiated community events. The be blac foundation hosted 12 business and community coffee events and developed a black business directory.
