Mission
BPWC is a charitable and educational organization. BPWC raises funds to subsidizes a Low Cost Spay/ Neuter program and Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for Pickens County Residents to help reduce the number of unplanned and unwanted litters that would end up in the county shelter or abandoned. . BPWC also partners with the local County Animal shelter to pay for life saving treatment for the homeless pets in pickens county that is outside the county's budget. Also we support their fosters medical needs. Also we network with local rescues to find homes for our county's homeless pets
