To raise fund to distribute to charitable organizations focused on rebuilding communities adversely affected by the covid-19 pandemic and /or other extraordinary events or circumstances and/or bringing awareness to social justice issues and economic inequities in undeserved communities, and to carry on other charitable activities associated with these goals as allowed by law.
