The purpose of the entity is to establish a wrestling club in new york in order to promote the sport of amateur wrestling in the binghamton, ny area.the corporation intends to carry out this purpose by:(a) developing wrestling programs for all ages, and(b) expose youth to to the sport of amateur wrestling in all styles so members can compete in local, national and international competition.
