Bears Wrestling Club Inc

Offered training sessions and practices for scholastic-level wrestlers. These sessions ranged from a youth recreation program for beginning wrestlers to hard training sessions for junior and senior high school wrestlers.

Provided children an oppourtunity to participate in a dynamic and fun workouts. With the emphasis on basic body movements using a wide variety of drills and games. Helped children develop balance, strength and confidence.
