Operation nip and tuck is an ongoing project that provides free spay/neuter services to barn cats or other unsupervised outdoor cat populations in carbon and stillwater counties. During 2024, 305 cats were cared for through the program.
Low cost spay/neuter vouchers for cats and dogs in carbon and stillwater counties. The program provided assistance for 24 dogs and 144 cats during 2024.
Pet (animal) education programs in local schools. During 2024, 26 presentations wereconducted in area schools. The education programs were attended by 424 schools kids.
Distribution of pet food to all food banks in area. Also maintain a "hay bank" of emergency care situations of horses. Pet food is also distributed through the family service food deliveries in the area.
Animal adoption- homeless cats and dogs are provided temporary care in a foster home until a permanent home is found. Approximately 272 animals were rehomed during 2024.
