Beautiful Gate Outreach Center Inc

Hiv support services were provided to individuals living with hiv, including counseling education, transportation, support groups, medical treatment and referrals, and connection to/with mental health substance abuse services providers, food, housing, and other services not typically provided on site.

In calendar year 2024, the organization provided over 402 transportation trips for persons living with hiv, to obtain medically related services and/or other medical appointments.
