Beautys Community Corporation

BeWell Acres Homes- this partnership with M D Anderson allowed Beautys Garden to provide garden / nutrition to 3 Title One schools. Students were excited to learn about and eat fresh food grown in a garden. This partnership made it possible for Beautys Garden to host monthly Rooted in Wellnes healthy chef-driven cooking demos at local farmers market located in another one of Houstons food insufficient communities. Over 98 percent of demo participants indicated their intention to replicate the demonstrated recipes.
