Leadership beaver damthe chamber coordinates and delivers leadership beaver dam, a nine-month community leadership development program, participants attend monthly sessions to learn about local government, education, business, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations, while developing leadership and team-building skill. Each class also completes a community service project that benefits the beaver dam area. Theis program strengthens the local leadership pipeline, builds civic engagement, and fosters collaboration among emerging and established communit leaders.
Annual dinner and awardsthe chamber hosts the beaver dam chamber annual dinner and awards to recognize outstanding businesses, community leaders and volunteers who contribute to the growth and vitality of the beaver dam area. The event brings together chamber members, local officials, and community partners to celebrate accomplishments, strengthen professional connections, and promote civic pride. By highlighting excellence in business and community leadership, the program supports the chamber's mission to foster a thriving local economy and engaged community.
