The Corporation is organized and shall at all times be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to help resolve beaver-human conflicts in a humane and science based manner by providing education, supporting scientific research, training mitigation professionals, and increasing public appreciation of the beaver's critical role in creating wetland ecosystems, and carrying on any other activities permitted by Massachusetts law.
