Bee club real estate holdings, inc. (the "corporation") is organized exclusively for the purpose of holding title to the property at 12 bow street, cambridge massachusetts, collecting income therefrom, and turning over the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to the bee club, inc. (an organization exempt under section 501(c)(7) of the internal revenue code). Substantially all of the corporation's time is dedicated to, and substantially all of its expenses are allocated to, this purpose.
