Beebe Healthcare Inc

Beebe healthcare, inc. (the corporation) was formed in 2023 to serve as the parent company of beebe medical center, inc. (the medical center) (a taxexempt, charitable hospital under code sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1)). In its capacity as the parent of the medical center (and other subsidiary organizations within the health care system operated by the medical center), the corporation will operate as a supporting organization of the medical center.
