The purposes of the corporation are to provide charitable and educationsupport services to families of children with medical complexity throughknowledge, empowerment, peer support, and philanthropic efforts, and suchother activities as are both incidental to the foregoing and permitted by therhode island nonprofit corporation act, r.i. Gen laws 7-6-1 et seq. Andotherwise consistent with section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
